If you work in a business environment you understand that forms an inseparable part of doing business. Everything from non-disclosure agreements to client contracts are needed for business to operate smoothly on a day to day basis.
Having to pass these template forms around the office can become a very tedious and messy process. I think that Sharepoint Services made an excellent move when they decided to add this feature to their service.
So, let's go through the process of how to create this page.
1. Login to your account using an administrative login.
2. Now, click on the "Site Actions" tab.
3. Next, a drop down menu will appear. Click on the "Create" option in the drop down menu.
4. Once you have done this, you will see a horizontal menu bar. The heading farthest to the left is titled "Libraries". Under that heading is a "Form Library" option. Click on that.
5. Now you will be taken to a page that asks you to name and describe your library. Do that.
6. Once you have completed this, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the "Create" tab.
And there you have it!! You have now created your very own form library within Sharepoint Services. The only thing left for you to do is start adding forms to the library. If you have trouble finding your library after you have created it, simply go back to your home page and look in the menu bar on the left hand side. It will be there listed under the name that you gave it.
Enjoy!
